Responsible for total sales of the company. Need to recruit sales executives. Need to take Sales Target, Fulfill sales targets on monthly basis. Also responsible for social marketing, Advertisement etc to bring in sales.

• Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
• Identifying new customers.
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

Responsible for the Product management for the Lighting Range. He/She will independently hold the P&L responsibility and drive REVENUE through the Sales team with a strategic objective to achieve both short term & long-term goals of the Company. Scope of work ranges across diversified channels - Trade Sales /Institutional Sales / Export, diversified product categories and Sourcing. Prior experience of handing high volume of business from Lighting business is required.

• He/ She will initiate and implement measurable strategies that aid in driving the business's revenue and profit goals
• Developing Strategic Road Map (Long Term / Tactical) for the category from identifying new products/segments /specifications to packaging & delivery
